Schulz Organic Dairy Quark with Herbs and Spices 200g

Coming from German stock, quark was a daily staple in our house. Mum used in in pretty much everythin; from bread and crackers to lasagnes and quiches. It’s mildly tart, thick, smooth and deliciously creamy. With herbs and spices folded through, this tub is for the savoury lovers.

Ingredients: Non-homogenised certified organic cow’s milk, onion 2%, capsicum 1%, garlic, dill, chilli, salt, cultures (Acidophilus, Bifidos, L.Casei and cheese) and non animal rennet.
