Our delivery system is refrigerated which means the vehicles that deliver your goods are cooled to 1 degree. This keeps all your foodstuffs in optimal condition during transport. We also ship your items in a thermal box which we recommend you return to us on your next order so we can re-use it as many times as possible. Although we take every care in transporting and storing your goods we cannot accept responsibility after the goods have been delivered to your doorstep.
