Use as a source, salad dressing, marinade, probiotic drink or shot. Our sauerkraut juice comes from our award winning sauerkrauts which are dry salted and fully fermented before being jarred. The nutritional benefits are increased by our traditional fermentation process. A more mature sauerkraut guarantees plentiful beneficial bacteria and a full bodied flavour. The sauerkraut also becomes more acidic and acts as a digestive enzyme allowing easier digestion and absorption of more nutrients. We use wild fermentation, relying on mother natures selection criteria to produce sauerkraut are full of beneficial bacteria due to not heat treatment pasteurisation or preservatives.
