Mount Zero Organic Falafel Mix 500g

This is a traditional Middle Eastern recipe made with organic chickpeas from the Wimmera. Believing that fresh ingredients such as onion and parsley are always best fresh, we have provided the dry ingredients so that all that is required is to add water, a diced onion and parsley. The falafels can be shallow fried in the pan or fried traditionally in olive oil. It is also fantastic cooked on the BBQ.
