Organic Times Icing Sugar is a creamy and mellow powdered sugar naturally produced from certified organic golden cane sugar, grown without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers. With a small 3% of certified organic tapioca starch added to prevent caking, our Icing sugar is Gluten Free. Our finely milled organic icing sugar is ideal for baking, dusting, frosting and fillings.
