Takes getting used to

I have changed to this bread for all the obvious health reasons so I am still getting used to it.
Its very heavy and dense, you only need one slice (cut as thinly as possible) and it needs toasting (as recommended).
Its a bit chewy but I am enjoying it and will definitely continue with it.
